Hacking off can be carried out by our teams along with scaffold installation. The choice of correct materials will always be used and the standard of our workmanship is unbeatable.
Our render jobs are always kept clean and we take care in protecting all the fixtures and fittings.
We can install self cleaning render systems that require almost no maintenance because the rain will wash any dirt straight back of the facade.
Our rough casting is carried out on perfectly flat backgrounds and the final appearance is very attractive indeed and cannot be compared to heavier versions that may have been seen locally. The rough cast is also silicone based and can be applied in a range of colours.
Coloured render has a number of different surface textures depending on the grain size. We can use a heavier grain for a more prominent texture or a finer grain for a flatter looking finish. We have a choice of sprayed or trowel finished texture depending on the customer’s choice.
Monocouche is also very popular with new builds. The more popular brands are Parex, K Rend and Weber and is applied at 15mm depth onto new blockwork. The walls are finished immediately.
Pebble dashing is a very popular finish with many of our clients and we can offer the choice of manydifferent background colours. The background colours are also available as a silicone render that can repel water
All or systems are breathable which means they can be used on single skin walls as well as brickwork and blockwork. The breathable system will allow moisture out but will not let penetrating water through it. We also reinforce our render systems with strong fibre glass mesh at any place we know there is stress likely to occur.
We have one coat stucco systems which are applied direct to block in 15mm and rubbed flat with floats just like sand cement only with the confidence of a manufacturers render system being used and not some unreliable sand and cement mixed up by hand.
Tyrolean can be applied in any colour you require and can range from a fine texture to a heavy texture.
